📋 Description

• Drive a cross-functional team through a discovery-to-delivery model • Turn customer opportunities into validated bets and validated bets into shipped product • Own opportunities from discovery through the review closing each build cycle • Write initiative briefs defining outcome hypotheses, problem statements, assumption maps, and validation thresholds • Run product discovery and map assumptions by risk category and supporting evidence • Decide whether initiatives are validation tests or committed builds • Write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria • Lead recurring prep and build phases, milestone reviews, testing, demos, and learnings capture • Prioritize the backlog using scoring models and bet types • Collaborate daily with design and engineering partners on technical and design feasibility • Provide data-driven recommendations and decision frameworks to leadership • Own the team’s OKRs and accountability for cycle verdicts and longer-term product outcomes • Develop product craft alongside Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience • Demonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Comfort leveraging AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle • Curiosity for emerging technologies and ability to apply them to improve outcomes • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrated effectiveness presenting complex information to multiple organizational levels • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Introduction to formal product management methodologies • 3 years minimum related work experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and product planning tools
