📋 Description

• Drive product discovery, strategy, and delivery for experiences across the tax preparation journey • Drive the evaluation of and integration with industry-leading AI tax preparation capabilities across H&R Block’s end-to-end client journey • Partner with engineers, designers, researchers, and business stakeholders to solve customer problems • Prioritize opportunities using customer insights, data, and business objectives • Define requirements and guide products from idea through launch • Measure outcomes and continuously improve the client experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience • Demonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrated effectiveness presenting complex information to multiple organizational levels • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Introduction to formal product management methodologies • 3 years minimum related work experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and product planning tools • Introduction to structured technology delivery/software development lifecycles • PMP certification, or equivalent, or completed work towards PMP certification, or equivalent • Individual income tax consultation or return preparation • Experimentation rigor, including observation, hypothesis definition, experiment design and instrumentation, measurement, and non-biased observations of results
