📋 Description

• Work with colleagues and managers to proactively manage technology solutions for clients • Support existing and new clients by leading them through processes, communicating with stakeholders, resolving issues, and training users in system setup, administration, and maintenance • Perform business analysis through gap analysis, root cause analysis, business process reviews, documentation, and requirements elicitation • Understand client business processes and configure applications according to business needs and accepted best practices • Own user acceptance testing and change management processes • Create user documentation and complete handover documentation for support staff • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that fit client needs • Support Project Managers with engagement contracts, bottleneck escalation, and project progress updates • Deliver services efficiently to meet project milestones and resource utilization targets • Provide subject matter expertise to R&D and operational groups by understanding client needs, market trends, and business practices • Act as a conduit between Operations, R&D, and clients while becoming a product expert and client process advisor • Support CayOps initiatives focused on improving existing clients’ day-to-day operations

🎯 Requirements

• Utility customer (meter to cash) life cycle knowledge • Knowledge of utility Customer Information System (CIS) processes and functionality • Strong influencing, coaching, and communication (both written and verbal) skills across all levels of an organization • Experience working with both business and IT groups • Must be able to travel up 25% of the time within North America • Current, valid passport • Legally eligible to travel internationally, including passport-based visa exemption or required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean • Preferred experience in providing software implementation to the utility sector • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to work at all levels of the client organization • Knowledge of SQL and experience in system configuration is helpful • Comfortable using AI-enabled technologies, including copilots, chat-based AI assistants, and automation tools • Degree in Computer Science, Business Technology Management, or Management Information Systems is nice to have
