📋 Description

• Support the Controller by providing financial support and analysis • Collaborate closely with a team of finance professionals • Participate in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes • Analyze and record monthly revenue for multiple business units • Extract data and prepare reports from various systems • Review expense accounts and credit card transactions to ensure accurate accounting coding • Reconcile financial data between accounting systems and CRM platforms • Perform intercompany reconciliations • Prepare the GST/QST report • Prepare monthly commission reports • Track projects with operational teams and in the accounting system • Balance accounts receivable subledgers and monitor accounts sent to collections • Reconcile several balance sheet accounts • Complete and upload supporting analysis documentation to the portal at each month-end • Assist the team with its day-to-day activities • Keep internal controls up to date and recommend process improvements • Confirm that transactions comply with IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 • Assist in preparing the audit file for the year-end audit • Perform other related duties and ad hoc assignments

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment, with strong stress-management skills • Ability to set priorities and understand the importance of meeting deadlines • Strong written and verbal proficiency in both French and English is required • Experience with IFRS is an asset • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
