📋 Description

• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget as defined by project plans • Ensure consistent application of appropriate processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle • Proactively manage project risks through prioritization, planning, and delivery • Develop and implement communication plans tailored to project size and importance • Define and document project scope and manage scope changes and requests • Escalate impacts on costs, schedules, and deliverables as necessary • Communicate the impact of project decisions and actions on client commitments and expectations • Create and monitor risk logs and mitigate identified risks • Measure, assess, plan, and report on project controls • Build trusted relationships with project teams, stakeholders, executive leadership, and internal and external functions • Complete and distribute project status reports in writing and through meetings • Motivate teams to achieve success and overcome challenges • Share and encourage lessons learned from projects • Identify, suggest, and implement process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in project management • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) • PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or a similar project management certification (Preferred) • Solid organizational and time management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively with diverse personality types • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with team members and stakeholders • Self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems • Good negotiation skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, identify alternative approaches, and resolve conflicts • Ability to identify and remove impediments, as well as prevent distractions for the team • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) • May require after-hours, on-call support, and/or holidays during peak times • Up to 10% travel may be required
