📋 Description

• Assist the Company in exceeding the expectations of new and existing customers from concept to delivery and installation • Act as the first point of contact for customers concerning their individual projects and ongoing business requirements • Lead all aspects of project delivery, including managing project scope and changes to project deliverables while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability • Provide team leadership through priority setting, decision making, and problem solving • Resolve project issues and delays to reduce client impact and ensure timely implementation • Negotiate modifications or trade-offs to project scope or delivery dates with clients based on deliverables, contingencies, and predefined acceptance criteria • Explain implications of changes to project scope or objectives to clients and management to ensure changes are understood and approved • Analyze and recommend process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or Information systems preferred • 3 to 5 years of direct project management experience • Strong problem solving skills; able to analyze information to make independent decisions quickly and effectively • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Experience negotiating resources and deliverables within a matrix organization • PMP designation considered an asset
