📋 Description
• Contribute to architectural discussions and make design decisions aligned with business goals and industry best practices • Solve complex technical problems and make decisions regarding technology selection, system architecture, and project planning • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior development team members • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in modern Kotlin, including coroutines/Flow and serialization • Proficiency in Swift, including async/await • Understanding of platform runtimes, memory management, and concurrency • Experience with Jetpack Compose and SwiftUI, including state management and lifecycle • Experience with reactive, testable mobile architectures such as MVVM or The Composable Architecture • Experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Koin • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, including Retrofit/OkHttp or URLSession • Proficiency with unit, integration, and UI testing • Experience with JUnit, Mockito, Robolectric, Espresso, Compose UI testing, XCTest, and XCUITest • Experience with Gradle, Swift Package Manager, Bitrise, and Fastlane • Experience with white-label or multi-tenant applications • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT • Familiarity with AI-directed prompt engineering for application development • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 8+ years of software development experience • 3+ years as a Software Engineer focused on designing and building complex, scalable systems • Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, algorithms, and system architecture • Ability to lead technical discussions, make critical decisions, and drive consensus • Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture
