📋 Description

• Sell MRO supplies and other products to Healthcare customers • Maintain and drive sales across an established customer portfolio • Prospect new accounts, retain existing accounts, and expand opportunities with current customers • Develop and maintain sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers • Manage sales volume and acquire new customers • Develop and implement plans to expand business presence in the assigned area • Share market insights and competitor information across the organization • Collaborate with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs • Attend monthly business meetings, local trade shows, and regional or national activities as necessary • May provide guidance or training to junior-level personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Maryland • 2-5 years of business-to-business (B2B) field sales experience • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and internal team members • Strong follow-up skills with accountability and integrity • Ability to prioritize selling activities and administrative tasks • Experience developing and executing a strategic sales plan • Experience with consultative/solution selling preferred • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platform • Ability to navigate objections and overcome challenges • Ability to operate a personal vehicle consistently for more than 20% of the average work week • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report required • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline • Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field, or MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience • Certification is required in some areas
