📋 Description

• Architect solutions for customer delivery programs • Define and implement enterprise integration solutions for UST HealthProof’s core-admin ecosystem • Integrate claims, enrollment, provider, authorization, and payment systems • Ensure compliance with architecture governance • Collaborate with health plan customers, third-party vendors, partners, and internal product teams • Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvements, and emerging technologies • Ensure repeatability and reusability of integration designs, processes, and code • Lead technical architecture conversations and solution discussions • Mentor technical staff • Support technical system implementations • Work across multiple time zones in a remote work environment • Travel as required by company needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or technical field • 12+ years of relevant work experience in technology integrations • 7+ years of work experience in technical leadership roles • Deep experience in the healthcare payer domain, especially integrating core-admin platforms • Experience architecting enterprise-wide software solutions • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or Commercial healthcare insurance • Experience integrating healthcare partner ecosystems, including HealthEdge, TriZetto, NASCO, Advantasure, or Change Healthcare • Experience with EDI healthcare transactions: 837, 834, 835, 270/271, 276/277, and 278 • Experience with healthcare core administration platforms for claims adjudication and enrollment • Experience working in AWS cloud environments and AWS cloud services • Awareness of Agile tools and methodologies • Understanding of SQL, Core Java, Spring Boot, Web Services, XML, JSON, Middleware, and CI/CD pipeline philosophy • Experience with people management, mentorship, and creating inclusive and diverse teams • Experience working in an onshore/offshore model • Comfortable in a fully remote environment relying on asynchronous written collaboration and communication • Experience with HealthEdge applications such as HealthRules Payor or GuidingCare is a plus • Ability to work across multiple time zones • Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check
