📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for clinical, corporate, and operational positions from requisition through offer acceptance. • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, define hiring profiles, and drive efficient hiring processes. • Source, screen, interview, and manage candidate pipelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. • Coordinate interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and manage offer preparation and pre-employment activities. • Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality. • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. • Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Support performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and talent development initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 7+ years of progressive HR & recruiting experience with increasing responsibility, including experience partnering directly with managers. • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels. • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and employment law. • Experience supporting healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated industries. • Experience supporting multi-state employment practices and compliance. • Experience with benefits administration, leave management, and HR compliance. • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote environment. • Sense of humor a must
