📋 Description

• Lead outreach to healthcare practitioners in the assigned territory • Grow and develop the account base by obtaining and onboarding new customers • Increase sales by selling deeper and wider in existing accounts • Capture new business and service existing clients • Plan, organize, and implement strategies to increase market share • Coordinate team-selling resources including Telesales, Business Development Executives, Strategic Accounts Team, Lab and Diagnostics / Equipment Team, and Surgical Solutions Team • Conduct timely, periodic face-to-face contact with every assigned account • Respond to customer concerns and resolve inquiries promptly • Attend medical conventions and seminars • Participate in training programs to enhance sales and business acumen

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred • Prior sales experience helpful, but not required • Sales, customer service, presentation, and negotiation skills • PC proficiency, including MS Word and Excel • Valid US Driver’s License; Motor Vehicle Check Required • Ability to travel extensively within a specific geographic territory • Ability to build relationships and create sales opportunities • Willingness to cold call and engage prospective customers
