📋 Description
• Build and maintain strong pipelines across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing. • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. • Source potential candidates through online channels • Coordinate interviews (Zoom) and provide clear expectations • Manage candidates in process and provide them with a positive experience • Leverage ATS platform (Greenhouse) and AI to attract top talent
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High level of empathy, listening capabilities and assessing-competencies skills • At ease with social media, resume databases, and professional networks • Keen understanding of the differences between different roles within organizations • Ability to iterate very fast through cycles
