📋 Description

• Close timeshare sales and drive results • Follow production and effort-based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values • Provide superior customer service • Work independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization • Participate in scheduled sales meetings and training via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings • Use Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook • Participate in Premier Sales Training, Hilton University courses, continuing education training, and in-house onboarding • Communicate product value and leverage diverse selling approaches and product offerings, including deed and trust sales

🎯 Requirements

• High School Graduate • Possess sales experience • Active state real estate license, if required in state of residence • Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship: AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN • Basic technical abilities to navigate Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams Meetings • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays • Maintain a professional appearance • Follow production and effort-based guidelines • Deliver superior customer service
