📋 Description

• Develop and implement learning strategies across Dispense & Fulfillment, Compounding, and Diagnostics operations • Report progress to the Director of Learning & Development • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of learning professionals • Foster a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and accountability • Ensure training programs comply with FDA, state boards of pharmacy, and applicable USP requirements • Partner with Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Pharmacy SMEs, senior leadership, and Operations • Identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions • Oversee design and delivery of blended learning programs • Drive operational performance, compliance, and safety outcomes • Lead learning kaizens, new program design and launches, and LMS projects • Support leadership and professional development programs • Develop and track KPIs measuring learning effectiveness and business impact • Report outcomes to senior leadership • Manage learning budgets and resource allocation • Travel to sites as needed for network priorities, program launches, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required • 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development • At least 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams across multiple locations • Proven experience developing and implementing learning strategies that drive measurable business results in regulated environments • Experience leading learning initiatives in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution/fulfillment operations • Demonstrated understanding of FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and USP standards as they relate to training and competency assessment • Strong business acumen and ability to align learning initiatives to operational priorities and demonstrate ROI • Demonstrated change management, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously • Superior communication skills with ability to influence at all levels of the organization • Preferred: Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field • Preferred: Experience in 503a or 503b compounding pharmacy environments, including sterile compounding and aseptic technique training • Preferred: Knowledge of USP <797>, <795>, and <800> standards and associated training requirements • Preferred: Experience leading learning initiatives during rapid growth, new facility launches, or organizational change • Preferred: Proficiency with enterprise LMS platforms • Preferred: Background in Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies • Preferred: Proficiency with Asana, Google Suite, or similar program and project management tools • Preferred: Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs • Ability to travel to operational sites as needed • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer
