📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking access to the national continuum of treatment services • Identify the best-fit services for expressed client needs and articulate program value to convert interest into admissions • Collaborate with Clinical, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to address client needs and progress treatment admissions • Manage leads within Salesforce • Set up clients in financial software • Draft and forward payment agreements to clients • Process payments • Participate in team meetings and support national sales colleagues • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for processes and applications related to proposed enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or Health-related field • 2-3 years’ experience in a professional business environment or health-related field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and lead tracking software (Salesforce) • Ability to work well with others and take responsibility for actions and decisions • Embraces new ideas and ways to do things and supports the achievement of sustainable practices • Detail-oriented individual who works accurately • Intermediate telephonic skills in crisis assessment • Business acumen and communication skills
