📋 Description

• Interact directly with customers by phone, providing friendly, professional, and timely support • Use HONK’s proprietary technology to connect customers with its nationwide service-provider network • Listen to and assess customer needs, build rapport, and provide tailored solutions • Monitor service requests through completion and help resolve issues or delays • Clearly communicate service details, expectations, and next steps • Deliver high customer service while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure a positive experience from start to finish • Develop strong knowledge of HONK’s services, technology, and processes to assist customers and answer questions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing environment resolving issues over the phone • Ability to quickly, calmly, and professionally engage customers, understand questions/issues, and deliver solutions exceeding expectations • Ability to professionally handle extremely high-volume phone calls from customers and partners while maintaining composure under pressure • Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude and ability to determine customer solutions using a consultative sales approach • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus • Must provide a secluded, uninterrupted, confidential workspace without environmental distractions • Must have an internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps download/2.5 Mbps upload • Work-from-home experience and equipment supporting a home-work environment preferred
