📋 Description

• Build and manage a fund focused on investments resilient to AI disruption, political instability, and structural economic shifts • Develop and own the investment thesis and portfolio strategy with a 20-year horizon • Lead capital raising by sourcing, cultivating, and closing LP relationships • Source, evaluate, and execute investments across asset classes aligned with the resilience thesis • Advise fund investors on risk-adjusted positioning for an AI-transformed economy • Partner with Human Agency leadership to continuously refine and evolve the thesis as the landscape shifts • Build and run the fund from the ground up as a founding fund manager

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in fund management, venture capital, private equity, or institutional investing • An established network of potential LPs and co-investors • Prior capital-raising experience • Practical, informed conviction around AI's transformative and disruptive potential • Long-term investment orientation with a 20-year horizon • Exceptional integrity and trustworthiness • Builder mentality • Comfort with ambiguity and a long time horizon
