📋 Description

• Work with Sales on pre-sales expansion design, including paths to deployment, adoption, and expansion • Work with the FDE team on customer onboarding and successful go-live • Drive activation and adoption across builders, business users, and admins after go-live • Identify and leverage relevant datasets, use cases, and product usage to realize and quantify customer value • Package and present Superblocks value and insights to audiences from C-level executives to end-users and builders • Communicate at high touch volume across the strategic customer base and serve as the main customer point of contact • Prioritize customer product requirements and work with Product to influence the roadmap • Stay embedded with customers to identify expansion opportunities proactively

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, strategic and/or technical role such as Deployment Strategist, Program Management, or Management Consulting • Ability to investigate underlying data and independently build prototypes, ship fixes, or write plans • High emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult conversations with senior executives • Track record of leading cross-functional teams without direct reports or formal authority • Comfort operating in ambiguity without an established playbook • Strong product sense and user empathy • Ability to balance cutting-edge AI capabilities with enterprise requirements • Willingness to be highly committed and work beyond a traditional 9-to-5 schedule • Willingness to travel 50%+
