📋 Description

• Maintain a detailed 3-statement financial model, valuation model, and relevant industry and market models • Support short- and long-term business decisions through financial modeling and investment opportunity analysis • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on company financial performance • Develop forecasts and analyze customer and ARR-related metrics • Provide thought leadership on the implications of customer and ARR-related metrics • Identify financial risks and opportunities through variance analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis • Develop and present dashboards, reports, and executive summaries on financial performance and KPIs to senior leadership • Monitor industry, economy, and capital market trends • Conduct internal and external financial, business, and technology trend research and analysis • Support execution of the Company's long-range financial plan and strategic initiatives, including M&A

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 5+ years of related experience in a senior financial or strategic role • Preferably experience in Enterprise SaaS within a high-growth environment • Prior experience in investment banking • Strong understanding of financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement • Strong financial modeling skills • Strong experience with FP&A and BI analytics tools, including Adaptive Insights and Power BI • Strong business partnering experience and ability to influence cross-functional leaders • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills • Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights • Preferred: experience at a Private Equity portfolio company • Excellent leadership, judgment, and business acumen • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Ability to conduct market analysis and industry benchmarking • Professionalism, discretion, and tact
