📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact on standard value consulting engagements • Conduct onsite value workshops at customer locations to understand current-state costs and estimated future-state value with company solutions • Work with sales teams and partners to determine engagement scope and objectives • Generate ROI workbooks, owning the process from SPAR assignment through customer and Account Manager delivery and approval • Create standard business cases explaining the overall value of company solutions • Create and deliver standard presentations providing a high-level overview of solution value • Present value consulting findings to mid-management prospects • Transfer pre-sales knowledge to the services project team to clarify solution value requirements • Document and summarize value from prior engagements, conversions/convergences, deployed solutions, case studies, and industry trends/metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Experience with enterprise content services solutions, capabilities, and deployments • Understanding of basic financial concepts • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software • Demonstrated knowledge in value consultant sales in a relevant technology solution or assigned industry • Good negotiating and influencing skills • Ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others • Ability to gain consensus across multiple departments and leadership levels • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Ability to present and write with ease, clarity, and impact using communication appropriate to the subject and audience • Self-motivated with the ability to manage engagements independently to completion • Ability to write concise, logical, grammatically correct documentation • Good collaboration skills within teams and across other areas • Up to 25% travel time required
