• Engage with RBC clients through phone, email, and other communication channels • Deliver outstanding client experiences while helping protect clients • Educate and advise clients on immediate security needs and tailored fraud-prevention solutions • Resolve problems and identify products at the first point of contact • Support colleagues in meeting client needs and contributing to team results • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners across RBC • Manage risk by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls
• Must be able to meet with the technological and confidentiality requirements of the role (private and quiet space, Internet connectivity, etc.) • Must have current Advice Center Cards or Banking experience • Proven interpersonal, communication and problem resolution skills • Proven ability to build rapport while effectively analyzing and identifying solutions to mitigate risk and protect clients • Desire to build exceptional client experiences and passion and curiosity to help clients meet their needs and solve concerns • Full flexibility for shifts Monday to Sunday, 7AM to Midnight; department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week • Strong oral and written communication skills in English • Experience working in a team and metrics-based performance environment is nice-to-have • Past customer service experience providing needs-based solutions is nice-to-have • Previous Contact/Call Centre or fast-paced financial/service industry experience is nice-to-have • Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
