📋 Description

• Represent Granum’s mission, culture, and commitment to the green industry to prospective candidates • Own full-cycle recruiting for SDR, Onboarding, and Support roles • Source, screen, and close candidates end to end • Build and maintain a bench of warm candidates • Proactively source through LinkedIn Recruiter, personal networks, and top performers’ networks • Keep candidate pipeline data current in Greenhouse • Balance business needs with candidate experience • Support the team and candidates through additional duties as needed • Report directly to the VP, People & Culture and work alongside the Talent Acquisition Specialist

🎯 Requirements

• Experience recruiting or sourcing candidates in a fast-moving environment • Ability to own a high-volume, recurring workload while maintaining attention to detail • Confidence running outbound outreach and cold conversations • Ability to maintain a candidate bench over multiple months • Familiarity with an ATS; Greenhouse is a plus • Familiarity with a sourcing tool such as LinkedIn Recruiter • Interest in AI and leveraging the latest technologies for recruitment • Must have proper work authorization to work for any employer in Canada or the U.S. without company sponsorship
