📋 Description

• Develop high-impact, top-of-funnel content to build awareness, engagement, and market authority • Create and manage content across traditional and emerging formats and channels • Help develop recurring editorial franchises and video-first content • Partner with subject matter experts and executives to translate expertise into distinctive, accessible content • Use audience insights, search trends, social listening, and performance data to identify engagement opportunities • Optimize content for traditional search and AI-powered discovery and answer engines • Repurpose strong ideas across channels • Use AI and emerging tools for research, ideation, production, optimization, and content repurposing while maintaining editorial quality • Measure content performance and refine the approach based on audience response

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, communications, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills • Experience developing content across multiple formats, including blogs and long-form written content • Strong understanding of adapting content by channel and audience • Experience collaborating with creative teams on visual storytelling and video content • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve the content development process • Baseline understanding of SEO and emerging AEO/GEO practices • Comfort managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment • Strong judgment and confidence to challenge ideas when a more interesting storytelling approach exists • Bachelor's Degree
