📋 Description

• Provide Contact Center Support to clients’ Early Out Service patients • Meet production standards for inbound and outbound calls • Meet quality assurance standards • Maintain quality customer service by following company and customer-specific policies and procedures • Participate in company-provided education opportunities and maintain knowledge of services and information systems • Protect confidential customer information • Process miscellaneous paperwork and documentation • Assist callers with medical billing questions and financial assistance programs • Set up payment plans and process payments • Schedule callbacks as needed • Collaborate as a team member • Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or call center management

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available to work 11 AM to 8 PM PST (2 to 11 PM EST), Monday–Friday • High-speed home internet (not cell-based internet) required • Ability to test home internet speed to ensure adequate bandwidth • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills • Detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution • Ability to work independently and as a team member • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience needed • Preferred: one year or more of customer service support over the phone in a remote setting
