📋 Description

• Generate new business, manage accounts, and achieve sales targets • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking • Manage a pipeline of current and potential new commercial accounts • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services • Stay current on DOI regulations and agency compliance requirements • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors' offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years experience in insurance • Must have a current P&C insurance license • Commercial Insurance sales experience • Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or account management • Ability to prospect, follow up consistently, and manage a sales pipeline • Strong sales skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions • Familiarity with CRM software, for managing customer relationships • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset • Comfortable networking within the local community
