📋 Description

• Build structured project plans tracking deliverables, owners, and timelines • Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in Salesforce and Asana • Capture decisions, action items, and project details • Coordinate alignment between Product, Tech, WFD, and DCT teams • Hold stakeholders accountable to timelines and ensure clean handoffs • Identify and escalate risks before they become blockers • Advise customers on risks, delays, and necessary tradeoffs • Co-manage a portfolio of 10–15 healthcare customers • Support end-to-end Community Health Worker program launches • Coordinate stakeholders to achieve customer goals and platform adoption • Own the Tech Review process • Collaborate with IT and customer stakeholders on compliance and technical needs • Drive customer retention and contract expansion

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in CSM/account management, preferably at a health tech startup or SaaS company • Familiarity with basics of U.S. health care • Ability to manage concurrent projects with zero dropped balls • Ability to summarize discussions into 1-pagers for executives • Ability to navigate healthcare stakeholders, including healthcare systems, CBOs, and payers • Proficiency with Google Suite, Salesforce, Zoom, Asana, and LMS platforms • Bachelor’s degree • Willingness to travel 1–2x/quarter for team retreats and customer onsite visits
