📋 Description

• Manage the full sales cycle from client acquisition to closing deals • Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new business and nurture existing accounts • Deliver consultations tailored to client needs • Conduct remote phone or virtual sales conversations with qualified prospects • Present solutions, address objections, and close sales • Use CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process • Ensure client retention and develop long-term customer relationships • Contribute significantly to company growth

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2C sales, or phone/virtual sales • Understanding of CRM software platforms • Demonstrated success in client communications, acquisition, and direct sales techniques • Excellent negotiation skills and strong analytical abilities • Experience in account management, upselling, and managing long-term customer relationships • Strong communication skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations • Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development practices is a plus • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management skills • Prior experience in inside and/or outside sales is advantageous but not required • Proactive approach to customer service with focus on exceeding client expectations
