📋 Description

• Lead strategic client engagements and executive-level relationships • Lead teams of consultants across strategic planning, governance, transformation, technology adoption, and organizational change management projects • Advise C-level clients on strategic and tactical topics, focusing on technology-enabled business outcomes • Scope and deliver consulting solutions for cross-functional, mission-critical client challenges • Manage delivery teams, coach and mentor team members, and develop capabilities • Partner with Consulting peers, Sales, and Research to identify opportunities and grow the division • Create proposals, statements of work, and client presentations • Lead pursuits and close new consulting opportunities • Identify opportunities to incorporate additional Info-Tech services • Act as executive sponsor and senior client-facing representative on engagements • Lead project planning, scheduling, stakeholder alignment, and execution • Ensure deliverables, findings, recommendations, and executive briefings meet client expectations and deliver business value • Present insights and deliverables to executive leadership • Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, sponsors, and project managers • Support strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives • Improve consulting methodologies and project delivery • Lead internal initiatives for operational efficiency, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and business development • Identify and develop new intellectual property for research and client deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• MBA preferred; minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • 5-10 years of experience in management consulting • Proven track record of building and delivering solutions to mission-critical client priorities • Fluency in English required • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to advise C-level clients on strategic priorities • Experience in business development, proposals, RFPs, and Statements of Work • Excellent client-facing skills and history of building trusted relationships and delivering value • Experience leading teams, mentoring, and driving high performance • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex client environments, and meet tight deadlines • Fluency in French is an asset • Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish, or German is good to have • Structured consulting methodology training and understanding of high-performance consulting practices
