📋 Description

• Engage healthcare professionals, clinic, pharmacy, and hospital stakeholders through outbound calls to deliver approved program and service-related messages on behalf of the client • Consistently achieve or exceed program KPIs and performance objectives • Build rapport and foster positive customer relationships through professional, high-quality interactions • Accurately document and submit daily call activity and required customer information in the CRM system • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Maintain a collaborative and professional team environment through effective communication and partnership with colleagues • Participate in team meetings, department meetings, training programs, client-sponsored training sessions, and educational activities • Demonstrate and uphold Inizio Engage's values in all interactions and activities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills • College or Bachelor’s degree preferred • Energetic, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders • Able to prioritize and plan assign target list coverage • Professionalism, autonomous and team player • Excellent customer service and patient centric focused • Tech and digital savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office • Fluently bilingual French and English (oral and written) if interacting with HCPs in Quebec
