đź“‹ Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for site selection activities, including site identification and feasibility. • Develop and maintain positive, productive relationships with key clinical research sites. • Identify investigators and research sites to expand the investigator database through literature and online searches. • Collect information to define ideal investigators for studies. • Identify and recommend potential investigators and sites for studies. • Develop interest survey assessments and create and coordinate study-specific feasibility questionnaires. • Review completed feasibility questionnaires and recommend sites for qualification visits. • Coordinate CRA resource allocation for site qualification visits. • Review site qualification visit summaries. • Recommend sites for study participation in consultation with the Sponsor and project team members. • Track site selection activities in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). • Attend internal and external project team meetings as needed. • Identify site performance quality issues on active studies through project meetings, escalated site communications, and quality assurance audit findings. • Participate in internal departmental projects and provide site selection and site intelligence expertise. • Support the Manager, Site Selection in understanding project goals, scope, and requirements and delivering high-quality results.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or relevant field of study. • Excellent oral and written skills in English; French is an asset. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry, including significant and relevant experience in site selection, study start-up activities, site budget/contract negotiation and/or close work with sites or work in a site environment. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience in dermatological clinical research is an asset. • Quick learner, adaptable, and versatile. • Ability to work in a team environment and establish good relationships with colleagues, sponsors, and sites. • Organized, able to juggle competing priorities, and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Flexibility, positive attitude, superior attention to detail, and critical thinking skills. • Good knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and applicable Health Canada and FDA regulations/guidelines. • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
