📋 Description

• Deliver digital transformation projects that enhance member experience, streamline operations, and improve organizational efficiency • Work closely with business users, developers, and project managers • Translate business goals into system requirements • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements • Facilitate collaborative sessions with diverse stakeholder groups for discovery and validation • Develop accurate estimates and plans for requirement delivery • Continuously refine estimates and plans for precision • Lead prioritization efforts • Apply agile techniques to align business priorities with delivery timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) • 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the financial sector • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma • Detail-oriented and risk aware • Proficient in digital literacy, including critical thinking, problem solving, and navigation using digital solutions • Use and comfortability with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, and Power BI • Certification options listed: CBAP, CCBA, PMP, CAPM, CSM, SAFe Agilist
