• Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership • Drive data-driven compensation decisions supporting company growth and profitability • Apply incentive compensation expertise, financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling capabilities • Report to the Senior Manager, GTM Incentive Compensation
