📋 Description

• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and identify actionable insights • Own ambiguous data initiatives end-to-end with clear deliverables • Design and automate dashboards, models, and reporting systems • Build and maintain data products supporting Revenue Accounting, including revenue recognition logic in financial data models • Apply compliance-first design principles to support SOX, audit readiness, and data governance • Implement validation, monitoring, and reconciliation frameworks for financial datasets • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system enhancement across Finance and Accounting • Use AI technologies and Python ML libraries to improve financial data modeling, automation, workflows, and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering roles • Strong SQL and cloud data fundamentals • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools (Mode, Looker, Tableau, etc.) • Experience building and supporting complex data pipelines with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and traceability • Familiarity with financial data structures, accounting processes, and enterprise systems such as Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, and Adaptive • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams • Public company experience with exposure to SOX compliance • Background in high-growth technology environments • Experience implementing large-scale financial or operational systems • Demonstrated ability to support Finance and Accounting teams with scalable data solutions • Cloud cost management experience, ideally in an AWS environment • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in data analytics • Project management experience is a plus
