📋 Description

• Own the immigration vendor relationship • Partner closely with the Employment Legal team • Shift Tier 1 support to the vendor and a contingent worker • Focus on complex immigration cases and high-stakes moments • Provide timely, accurate immigration guidance to employees on work visas • Build a more resilient, white-glove immigration program • Establish documented processes and reduce reliance on institutional memory • Improve the self-service immigration experience • Handle sensitive immigration matters with care and urgency

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of US business immigration experience, with recent in-house corporate experience (or law firm experience paired with program-level ownership) • End-to-end knowledge of employment-based immigration: nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-3) and immigrant (PERM, I-140, adjustment of status) • Hands-on compliance ownership: I-9 and reverification, Public Access Files, DOL requirements, audit readiness • Experience managing outside counsel and immigration or relocation vendors, including SLAs and invoice review • Experience supporting budget tracking and spend forecasting in partnership with Finance or a budget owner • Proven ownership of workflows, SOPs, and reporting on case metrics • Ability to advise and partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business leaders • Working exposure to global mobility, such as relocation coordination, transfers, and cost estimates
