📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and elevate the West sales team • Ensure the right people are in the right seats and top-grade where needed • Build and implement a sales methodology, CRM, and account-planning discipline • Separate strategic account management from site-level execution • Provide executive sponsorship on the most important accounts • Find whitespace in the existing customer base and grow share of wallet • Turn customer relationships into long-term, multi-location growth • Set clear KPIs and hold the team accountable • Build a culture of performance and collaboration • Partner with cross-functional leaders to align commercial priorities and go-to-market strategy

🎯 Requirements

• A track record as a B2B sales leader who has built and led high-performing teams • Experience growing complex multi-location accounts • Experience implementing or owning a CRM platform • Experience in industrial, safety footwear, PPE, workwear, cold storage, or an adjacent market is a strong plus • Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones • Comfortable travelling across a wide Western territory
