📋 Description

• Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to sunset across multiple product areas • Mentor junior and senior product managers • Help shape Product leadership, direction, and strategy • Work directly with customers and go-to-market teams to identify investment areas • Build business cases and roadmaps that deliver customer value and outcomes • Develop long-term product investment directions using hypotheses, data, market insights, and market trends • Balance competing initiatives based on user needs and business outcomes • Define work plans that optimize outcomes • Work directly with the development team to deliver product initiatives • Partner with Sales, Support, and Marketing to realize outcomes through communication, education, release management, and post-release monitoring • Manage adoption, maintenance, additional functionality, and sunsetting after release • Own a significant part of the overall product strategy and deliver measurable roadmap outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B SaaS • At least 3 years at a senior or principal level owning significant portions of a solution and customer problem set • Formal or informal leadership experience • Relevant market experience in relationship intelligence, sales intelligence, CRM/data quality, martech, or another data-driven B2B SaaS market serving professional services or enterprise clients • Familiarity with how professional services, financial services, or consulting firms manage and act on client relationship data • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for technical and executive audiences • Ability to conduct user research and usability testing directly with customers • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies • Hands-on familiarity with backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development • Proven experience partnering across Product, Engineering, and Design • Demonstrable iterative approach to accelerate understanding and mitigate risk • Demonstrable ability to define product vision and prioritize high-value investments
