📋 Description

• Define and lead the global change vision, strategy, governance frameworks, and toolkits for the ALMA transformation across multi-regional business functions • Partner directly with executive sponsors and leadership networks to align organizational design, mitigate operational risks, and accelerate decision-making • Design and execute end-to-end global communication strategies and stakeholder engagement models • Conduct enterprise change impact assessments and establish sentiment governance models, ROI indicators, and adoption metrics • Facilitate strategic workshops, lead capability-building initiatives, and oversee post-implementation reviews to ensure long-term change sustainability

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of change management leadership experience driving large-scale global transformations within complex multi-national organizations • Strong knowledge of enterprise change management methodologies, governance frameworks, and executive advisory practices • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field • Advanced Change Management certification is preferred • Proven ability to engage, influence, and align senior executives and cross-functional partners across HR, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Sales • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively across global time zones and leverage AI tools to enhance stakeholder analysis, communication, and training delivery
