📋 Description

• Assist in preparing consolidated budgets, forecasts, and management reporting packages • Participate in month-end and year-end activities, including financial allocations, month-end reporting, and reconciliations • Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decision-making • Develop and maintain enterprise Power BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and semantic models • Build and maintain complex data models using Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and Microsoft Fabric • Develop scalable reporting structures to improve visibility into financial and operational performance • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions • Manage and optimize data flows, data transformations, and data quality processes • Support the ongoing migration and development of the company’s Microsoft Fabric data platform • Collaborate with the BI team and business stakeholders to enhance data architecture and reporting capabilities • Implement and maintain data governance, documentation, and model design best practices • Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes and improve operational efficiency • Lead and support automation initiatives using Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, and AI-enabled solutions • Document business processes, reporting workflows, and technical solutions • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and other business functions • Act as a business partner to Finance, BI, and operational teams • Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects related to business intelligence, reporting, and process transformation • Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field • CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent professional designation considered an asset • 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Finance Systems, or a related field • Experience supporting enterprise reporting, automation, and financial planning processes • Proven experience delivering reporting and process improvement projects • Expert-level Power BI development experience • Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and data lake architecture • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex financial and operational modeling • Experience managing large datasets from multiple data sources • Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) • Bilingual in English & French
