📋 Description

• Partner with Market Owners individually and collectively on performance tracking, forecasting, market opportunities, and growth hypotheses • Serve as a trusted thought partner on high-stakes, ambiguous questions and strategic priorities • Surface insights and land growth strategies that improve retention, expand customer relationships, and support sustainable revenue growth • Own the full arc of analyses from structuring problems and building analyses to crafting narratives, presenting to executives, and following up on implementation • Turn complex operational and customer data into clear insights for planning, risk identification, and leadership decisions • Build and evolve planning rhythms, goals, and success metrics for cross-functional alignment and accountability • Produce structured executive-level perspectives for Jane leadership • Build working relationships with Marketing, Support, Vertical Market General Managers, and other teams • Build repeatable frameworks and self-serve tools to make recurring analytical work faster and more rigorous

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in top-tier management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) with a track record of driving operational improvements and owning strategic initiatives • Candidates from Tech BizOps, corporate strategy, or comparable analytical backgrounds will also be considered • Proficiency with complex financial models • Comfort working with large and imperfect datasets • Ability to produce a defensible answer • SQL experience, or willingness to learn SQL, is a plus • Hypothesis-led, answer-first structured problem-solving approach • Ability to break down ambiguous, poorly defined problems and build a clear path to a solution • Ability to construct clear narratives, build supporting decks, and present to executive stakeholders • Ability to make progress without a fully scoped brief and prioritize effectively under time constraints • Detail-oriented, producing work suitable for an executive-level audience • Ability to work autonomously while building trust and collaborating effectively across the organization • Experience in or exposure to B2B SaaS is a plus • Familiarity with the allied health landscape is a bonus but not required
