📋 Description

• Advocate for helpers using user research and behavioural data • Improve the customer experience from signup through the first 90 days • Reduce friction and drop-off during early product experiences • Increase activation and retention by helping clinics reach value quickly • Collaborate with product teams to design a cohesive, scalable activation experience • Own and advance activation metrics • Design with a data-driven mindset and use data to guide product work • Align stakeholders and lead leadership moments • Design and run experiments • Use storytelling to build stakeholder confidence and alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience in a SaaS or similarly complex environment • Demonstrated experience designing for growth, including activation, onboarding, and conversion funnels • Strong understanding of what moves important growth metrics • Experience designing and running experiments • Ability to read data and turn findings into design decisions that improve product outcomes • Fluency with modern design tools • Comfort working iteratively with product managers, engineers, data partners, and other designers • Genuine curiosity for AI and habit of using it in day-to-day work • Must be currently living and working in Canada • Must be eligible to work in Canada without employer sponsorship • No relocation, visa sponsorship, or third-party/employer-of-record employment support
