📋 Description

• Facilitate quarterly program increment planning events • Lead inspect and adapt workshops, quantitative and qualitative retrospectives, and improvement initiatives • Track and communicate completion rates, program predictability, and other operational metrics • Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple teams and functions • Build, maintain, and own committed project plans and schedules • Drive adoption and maturity of product planning practices • Apply technical project management, agile delivery, and business analysis across workstreams • Monitor development progress and align business objectives with technical execution • Set annual KPI objectives and report on year-on-year improvements • Identify root causes, implement retrospective actions, and identify risks and countermeasures

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of project management experience • Experience in technology-centric environments (software development, IT, or data) • Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Proficiency in SAFe is a plus • Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar SDLC and PM tools • Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to program and project management workflows • Strong RAID discipline, schedule management, and budget oversight • Experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment • Bachelor's degree preferred • PMP certification a plus • North American based • Availability to work across a distributed global team • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where employment is offered • JD Power does not provide employment sponsorship for this position
