• Support product issue triage by assessing severity, performing root-cause analysis, and coordinating with engineering and data science teams for timely resolution • Manage and prioritize new product ideas by evaluating business impact, technical feasibility, and alignment with product strategy • Scope product enhancements and create clear requirements for new features and improvements • Maintain product roadmaps, including timelines, dependencies, and key milestones • Synthesize customer feedback and usage insights to inform product decisions and advocate for user needs • Support go-to-market planning with context, messaging, and launch materials • Collaborate with data science, engineering, customer success, and commercial teams to deliver measurable client value and support customer adoption
• BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or related field required • Strong background or familiarity with the automotive industry highly preferred • Prior experience in SaaS product management or product ownership • Experience managing product backlogs, defining requirements, and partnering with technical teams • Experience with ThoughtSpot, Tableau, BI tools, and/or SQL preferred • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to structure ambiguous challenges • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across engineering, data science, customer success, and commercial teams
