📋 Description

• Lead the monthly financial submission process and implement financial controls and governance frameworks • Track organizational resources and financial data accurately • Build and manage financials for operational and capitalizable costs, including forecasts, actuals, change requests, and Capex charters • Maintain financial calendars and meet deadlines • Present financial updates, analyze variances, and explain financial performance to stakeholders • Assist with financial models and scenario planning • Collaborate with procurement teams to manage vendor relationships and contracts • Manage vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense tracking • Oversee the budget management cycle, templates, calendars, submissions, approvals, controls, and variance analysis • Optimize personnel, tools, and technology utilization and resource allocation • Develop resource tracking systems, governance mechanisms, and automated reporting solutions • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, approvals, and tracking across Insights & Data areas • Monitor hiring progress and compliance and liaise with Tech Engineering Operations for technical recruitment • Create talent pipeline reports and monitor hiring velocity against product roadmap dependencies • Define requirements for resource and financial dashboards and liaise with the BI development team • Build and maintain operational KPI dashboards covering product adoption, user engagement, platform performance, and accuracy • Create presentations and data visualizations for stakeholders • Maintain the centralized SharePoint site for operations, product documentation, and strategic planning • Organize and publish roadmaps, sprint calendars, metrics dashboards, team updates, new-hire spotlights, and recognition programs • Develop automated Smartsheet reporting, dashboards, and centralized SharePoint resources • Audit operational processes to identify AI and automation opportunities • Design, build, test, pilot, document, and improve AI agents and automated workflows • Train and support operations staff in adopting AI-assisted workflows • Report automation progress and impact to the Operations Leader and maintain an automation roadmap • Collaborate with executives, department heads, and team members to coordinate operational activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Information Systems, or related field • 7+ years of proven experience as an Operations, Finance, or Program Manager with strong operational knowledge in product development environments • Strong financial acumen including P&Ls, LBAs, ROIs, budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor/invoice management • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach and systems thinking • Advanced communication and stakeholder management capabilities across organizational levels, including senior executives and technical and non-technical audiences • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams skills • Basic data analysis capabilities • Project management experience with Agile/sprint methodologies • Proficiency in operational management software, ERP systems, and BI tools • Strategic planning, risk management, and KPI tracking experience • Ability to create impactful portfolio-level presentations • Commercial real estate industry experience preferred but not required • Preferred experience with AI tools such as Claude, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Workday/HRIS systems, Python automation, FinancialForce, AI, and AI agents
