📋 Description

• Provide leadership and governance across the Transformation Management Office portfolio • Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Transformation programs, including planning, execution, risk and issue management, dependency management, budget management, stakeholder engagement, and key program outcomes • Integrate multiple workstreams into a coordinated roadmap and achieve program milestones, adoption, and outcomes • Manage vendors and consulting partner relationships • Prepare materials for the Executive Steering Committee • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities throughout the program lifecycle • Report program progress, KPIs, and risks to senior leadership, workstream leads, and stakeholders • Develop and maintain the enterprise transformation roadmap • Ensure adherence to program governance frameworks • Serve as the central point of contact for program communications • Build relationships with business units, sponsors, and workstream leads • Integrate change and communication strategies into the program roadmap with the Change Management Advisor • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain stakeholder alignment • Contribute to iterative planning and execution using Scrum and SAFe Agile frameworks • Support consistent application of Agile practices across programs • Lead, coach, and develop a small project management and delivery team • Set objectives, performance expectations, and development plans for direct reports • Monitor workload distribution and proactively raise resource risks • Foster excellence, collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation • Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working • Leverage AI tools and automation for program delivery, reporting, planning, and communication

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments • Minimum 5 years of experience directly managing Project Managers or similar roles • Program Management (PgM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) • Expertise in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Planner, Jira, or other industry-leading platforms • Experience managing portfolio budgets in excess of $10M • Experience managing strategic risks, program and project governance • Ability to lead and coordinate small, cross-functional teams and collaborate across multiple business units and workstreams • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, including experience presenting to an executive steering committee • Active use of AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar • Experience managing external consulting partners • Preferred: Professional certification in Change Management, such as Prosci ADKAR • Preferred: Proficiency and/or certification in Benefits Realization Management • Preferred: Experience managing large-scale transformation programs in the technology or not-for-profit sector • Preferred: Expertise in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies • Preferred: Experience during organizational transition or leadership change • Preferred: Familiarity with Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
