📋 Description

• Supervise execution of assigned projects within a defined program delivery model • Coordinate task assignments, schedules, and handoffs across daily operations • Monitor protocol adherence, documentation quality, and system data accuracy • Prepare status reports and stakeholder communications tracking milestones and deliverables • Identify training needs and deliver refresher enablement • Escalate risks, issues, and dependency conflicts with recommended corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 3+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, project management, or a related field required • Less than 2 years of experience in a management capacity preferred • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile methodology (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agile), continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma etc.), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent certification preferred • Strong business and financial acumen with advanced analytical skills • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines while multitasking • Efficient problem-solving and adaptability to change • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
