📋 Description

• Lead and govern the Transformation Management Office portfolio, ensuring enterprise transformation initiatives align with organizational priorities • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation programs, including planning, execution, risk and issue management, dependency management, budget management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of key outcomes • Integrate multiple workstreams and maintain a coordinated integrated roadmap • Manage vendor coordination and day-to-day consulting partner relationships • Prepare materials for the Executive Steering Committee on program delivery • Identify, assess, and mitigate project and program risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities • Provide written and verbal updates to senior leadership, workstream leads, and stakeholders on progress, KPIs, and risks • Develop and maintain the enterprise transformation roadmap • Track and report KPIs and ensure adherence to program governance frameworks • Serve as the central point of contact for program communications • Build relationships with business units, sponsors, and workstream leads • Integrate change and communication strategies into the program roadmap with the Change Management Advisor • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain alignment on deliverables and priorities • Contribute to iterative planning and execution using Scrum and SAFe • Support consistent Agile practices across programs • Lead, coach, and develop a small project management and delivery team • Set objectives, performance expectations, and development plans for direct reports • Monitor workload distribution and raise resource risks • Foster excellence, collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation • Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working • Leverage AI tools and automation for program delivery, reporting, planning, and communication • Establish sponsor, vendor, and stakeholder relationships within the first 90 days • Onboard the team and set clear performance and collaboration expectations • Independently deliver at least one reporting cycle and manage the integrated workstream visual, governance review, roadmap review, and product board

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments • Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple concurrent initiatives or portfolios • Minimum 5 years of experience directly managing Project Managers or similar roles • Program Management (PgM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) • Expertise in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Planner, Jira, or other industry-leading platforms • Experience managing portfolio budgets in excess of $10M • Experience managing strategic risks, program governance, and project governance • Proven ability to lead and coordinate small, cross-functional teams and collaborate across multiple business units and workstreams • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, including experience presenting to an Executive Steering Committee (ESC) • Active user of AI tools for productivity, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar • Experience managing external consulting partners, such as Big Four firms • Written and spoken English is required • Professional certification in Change Management, such as Prosci ADKAR (preferred) • Proficiency and/or certification in Benefits Realization Management (preferred) • Experience managing large-scale transformation programs within the technology or not-for-profit sectors (preferred) • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies (preferred) • Experience stepping into a function during a period of organizational transition or leadership change (preferred) • Familiarity with Power Platform tools: Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps (preferred)
