📋 Description

• Support end-to-end delivery of interiors and base building/capital projects from initiation through closeout and handover • Partner with client stakeholders to confirm requirements, drive timely decisions, and maintain clear communication • Coordinate schedules, meetings, action logs, and key deliverables • Track budget, schedule, and scope performance; identify risks/issues and support mitigation planning • Coordinate vendors and consultants, including A/E, GC, and specialty trades, with remote oversight and onsite support as needed • Support procurement and project documentation, including RFPs, bid comparisons, status reports, meeting minutes, and change documentation • Support closeout activities, including punch lists, turnover documentation, and project completion reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or a similar related field • 3–5+ years of experience supporting or managing commercial real estate, construction, workplace, or capital projects • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change management • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, including in a remote environment • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams • Comfort learning project systems • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
