📋 Description

• Own and prioritize the roadmap for Occupancy Planning and Management and Sustainability • Translate stakeholder input and discovery findings into clear product direction • Run discovery sessions with Sustainability Operations, implementation teams, and enterprise clients • Govern third-party platforms through configuration management, vendor roadmap tracking, enhancement reviews, and AI augmentation decisions • Build AI prototypes with engineering using LLM tooling and MCP integrations • Write integration specifications for data pipelines and API connections • Define KPIs and success metrics for initiatives and communicate outcomes to product leadership and client stakeholders • Connect OPM and Sustainability business teams with data and engineering organizations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management in enterprise B2B SaaS • Track record of owning complex, integration-heavy platforms • Experience working with data and application engineering teams to deliver features that drive end user value • Experience managing third-party product relationships, including vendor governance, roadmap alignment, enhancement prioritization, and buy/build decisions • Hands-on AI product development experience defining agent use cases and working with LLM tooling • Technical fluency across data models, integration architecture, REST APIs, and cloud data platforms such as Azure or Databricks • Clear, confident communication skills for translating technical concepts to executive and client audiences • Ability to work across data engineering, analytics, and product teams and influence without owning every backlog • Preferred: Hands-on Databricks experience, including text-to-SQL or NLQ patterns • Preferred: Experience with IBM Envizi or IWMS platforms such as Archibus, Planon, FM:Systems, or IBM TRIRIGA • Preferred: Familiarity with MCP architecture, LangChain, or agentic AI frameworks • Preferred: Background in ESG, decarbonization, or carbon accounting product domains • Preferred: Experience in large enterprise or professional services technology environments
