📋 Description

• Manage and support multiple projects and project executives across various development phases and assignments • Meet and exceed project goals for speed, quality, and budget • Focus on the specific needs of projects, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders • Develop project scope and schedules • Identify and address potential project risks, logistical issues, budget concerns, and scope issues • Proactively manage project-related issues on accounts and assignments • Conduct and document weekly project meetings • Coordinate and track vendor RFPs • Maintain accurate and consistent files and documentation • Coordinate subcontractor activities and relocation of technical functions • Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors • Prepare and update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain due-diligence and financial files • Meet client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner • Use and apply PDS technology for assigned projects • Assist the local PDS team in meeting regional and national Adjusted Gross Margin targets • Train and develop JLL team members on firm procedures, methodology, and practices • Comply with JLL policies and procedures, including ethics and business practices • Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management • 5 years of experience in interior office renovations • Commercial real estate, architectural, or construction industry experience required • Ability to understand all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting and scheduling • Understanding of technical requirements for business relocation • Ability to communicate with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed • Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space-planning concepts is an asset • Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec, including non-French-speaking clients
