📋 Description

• Support the application and sales of chemistries used in paper manufacturing industries • Direct the sales process to meet and exceed sales and profitability margin targets • Develop profitable business with designated accounts • Expand profits, market position and share and introduce new products and solutions to clients • Organize reports, sales calls, and business reviews and support demand forecasting • Lead and participate on teams and maintain relationships at manufacturing sites • Influence stakeholders and collaborate in a paper manufacturing environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree level and/or equivalent field experience in paper science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or chemical engineering • 5+ years experience in the paper industry • Ability to develop Key Account or Project Plans and execute with discipline • Strong emphasis on documenting ROI of new and existing applications • Ability to develop “trust based” relationships with key buyers • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting • Strong organizational skills • Excellent communicator both in verbal and written communication • Experience in the following preferred: Large Account Management ($5 MM+), Packaging and board, Paper making operations, LSS, statistical analysis, General wet-end applications, including retention, sizing, strength, cleaning, defoamers, felt wash and microbiological control
